Toledo Police Department’s SWAT team dresses up as superheroes every year during October to bring smiles to the faces of sick children at local hospitals. This year was no exception. Below are the officers who are also members of I.U.P.A. Local Toledo Police Patrolman’s Assn., #10, visiting kids through the windows at Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital and St. Vincent’s Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
