Sebastian Police Officers Association, I.U.P.A. Local #6053 Members participated in active shooter training to keep their skills sharp and keep their community safe.
Sebastian Police Department shared about it on social media, “Behind the scenes from our active shooter training. Sebastian Police Officers and dispatchers, alongside our colleagues from Fellsmere PD, are participating in active shooter training. This is one of many required trainings our officers undergo to stay prepared for real-life threats.”
They continued, “Protecting our community, especially our children, is our top priority. These trainings help ensure we’re ready to respond swiftly and effectively, because when it comes to safety, preparation saves lives. We want to thank our partners at Sebastian Charter Junior High School for allowing us to train at their school.”
