Toledo Police Patrolman’s Assn., I.U.P.A. Local #10 Members made lasting bonds with kids in their community using the Cops and Cones ice cream truck and the Police Athletic League this summer!

Toledo Police Department shared about rolling out the Cops and Cones truck, “The TPD “Cops and Cones” ice cream truck is getting ready to roll out for summer!  Thank you to Frostbite Brands, Inc. for the generous ice cream donation. Keep an eye out!” They took the truck to events around Toledo throughout the summer.

Toledo Police Department also shared the Police Athletic League’s post after the final game of the season, “What a Season!  The 2025 Toledo PAL 12U Baseball Season wrapped up yesterday with an unforgettable championship game! The Black Sox edged out the Padres in a thrilling 2–1 victory to take the title! It was a nail-biter from the first pitch to the final out — a true showcase of talent, teamwork, and determination.”

They continued, “A big thank you to the White Sox and Grey Sox for their hard work and dedication throughout the season as well. Every team brought heart and hustle to the field, making this one of our most exciting seasons yet! We’re incredibly grateful to our coaches, umpires, and the amazing parents who supported our athletes every step of the way. Your commitment and encouragement make all the difference. PAL is more than just baseball — it’s about building confidence, community, and character. See you all next season! ”
