SurveyMonkey is an online survey tool that the I.U.P.A. Research and Marketing Department can use to create surveys for locals for the following purposes:
- To assist a local in conducting votes for their elections.
- To assist a local in conducting votes on contracts or portions of contracts.
- To assist a local in collecting member interests for negotiations.
- To assist a local in collecting information from members on any topic of the local president’s choosing.
- To collect information about policies that other departments have.
- To collect information from LEOs on any topic of interest.
Local presidents can request the following by emailing the I.U.P.A. Research and Marketing Director Alina Johns at alinaj@iupa.org:
- SurveyMonkey surveys
- Wage surveys
- Research reports
- Any other research project
