Shreveport Police Union, I.U.P.A. Local #275 Members participated in the Girls Empowerment Camp, sponsoring the first aid kits for the young ladies in attendance.
Shreveport Police Department posted about it on social media, “Empowered Girls, Stronger Community 💪💙 The Shreveport Police Department’s Community Oriented Policing Bureau hosted its annual Girls Youth Empowerment Camp at Bill Cockrell Park this Tuesday! These incredible young ladies took part in first aid training, team-building exercises, and made lasting friendships along the way.”
They continued, “A huge thank you to our dedicated officers who helped make this day possible—and to the amazing girls who showed up ready to learn, grow, and lead. We’re proud of each and every one of you! 👏💫”
