Napoleon Police Officers’ Assn., I.U.P.A. Local #240 posted about it on social media, “On June 24th, the Napoleon Police Department held its annual Cops and Bobbers event. During this event, school age kids are introduced to fishing, BB gun safety, archery, water pollution demo, outdoor animal and plant awareness, water safety, intro to fly fishing, and cooking in Dutch ovens.”
They continued, “It was a hot day, but everyone had fun. Thanks to ODNR game wardens and watercraft, Ohio State Ohio State Highway Patrol, Henry County Water and Soil, H20Ohio, Henry County Hospital, Trout Unlimited, Napoleon Fraternal Order of Eagles, Goodville Mutual Casualty, and other members of the community for their support and participation.”
