Toledo Police Patrolman’s Assn., I.U.P.A. Local #10 donated to the Hope for the Holidays Toy Drive to bring toys to needy kids all over Northwest Ohio!

On this, Toledo Police Patrolman’s Assn., I.U.P.A. Local #10 President Michael Haynes stated, “The TPPA is pleased and proud to help with such a special event that brightens Christmas for kids in our community. This event brings smiles to their faces and it is just the sort of thing that our members care a lot about, making our community a better place.”

Toledo Police Department posted about it on social media, “Toledo Police, TPCOA, and TPPA joined Chief Troendle at 13abc’s Hope for the Holidays. Coming together for our community and spreading holiday cheer. Santa even stopped by! 🎅✨ Happy Holidays, Toledo!”

13abc news reported on it, “13abc’s annual Hope for the Holiday Toy Drive brought in more than 27,100 toys in 2025, surpassing the number of donations from last year. We’ve now collected more than 400,000 toys for local families since our campaign first started 15 years ago.”

They continued, “We’d like to thank every person who donated to the toy drive and those who work behind the scenes to make it happen. Our partners at the Salvation Army distribute the donations to families right here in Northwest Ohio who could use a helping hand this holiday season. More than 15,000 of the toys were collected the day of our Hope for the Holidays Drive-Thru Bash on Dec. 5.” Visit the article to see their gallery of photos.
