Our Keynote Speaker, Judge Heidi Meinzer, is the Circuit Court Judge for the City of Alexandria in Northern Virginia. She recently concluded a twenty-five-year career as an attorney in Alexandria, Virginia. While practicing law, Judge Meinzer represented Metropolitan Washington Airports Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local 5004; Alexandria Committee of Police, I.U.P.A. Local #5; and Prince William County Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local #5010.
