I.U.P.A. Members participate in community events to build bonds all over the country. Members from two of our locals recently participated in fishing events!

Virginia Beach P.B.A., I.U.P.A. Local #34 held a fishing event for their members and their families. They shared about it on social media, “We had fantastic weather this weekend for our annual Family Day Fishin’ Day! Thank you to all the members and kids who came out to enjoy the day with family and friends. A very special thank you to PBA member MPO Massey for all the assistance with the event.”

Milwaukee Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local #21 Members fished with local kids at the Fishing for the Future event. Milwaukee Police Department posted about it on social media, “Today was our Fishing for the Future event at Washington Park Urban Ecology Center, and it was truly an amazing day filled with great fishing, community, and fun! It was incredible to see the community come together and enjoy such a positive experience. One of the best parts of the day was engaging with the youth and creating memories out on the water.”

They continued, “A huge thank you to the DNR Game Wardens for partnering with us and doing an absolutely amazing job. The wardens were outstanding, and we truly appreciate all of their support and dedication throughout the event! Thank you to everyone who came out and everyone who fished with us today. Your support and participation made this event special. We also want to give a huge thank you to Romero’s Taco Truck for donating tacos for the event! Romero’s Taco Truck wanted to be a part of this event to help feed the community and serve some absolutely delicious tacos. We are incredibly grateful for the support! Thank you all for making Fishing for the Future such a success.”
