• Congratulations to Detective Israel Garrett who retired on August 7, 2026, after serving over 26 years with the Toledo Police Department. Israel was appointed to the department on November 30, 1999. At the time of his retirement, he was assigned to the Property Investigations Section. We wish Israel good luck, and best wishes for a long, healthy, and happy retirement!
• Congratulations to Officer Sheri Kellar-Raab who retired on August 4, 2026, after serving over 30 years with the Toledo Police Department.
