Lake County Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local #72 Members were honored to participate in the Victory for Veterans Ride!
The Victory for Veterans Ride takes place annually to raise funds to help local veterans and to fund events that benefit veterans, to include a Thanksgiving meal, coffee with veterans, a social BBQ, and much more. You can read more about it on the website at https://www.victoryforveteranswickerpark.org/ .
Lake County Sheriff’s Department shared about it on social media, “A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out today to support the annual Victory for Veterans Ride!”
They continued, “Your support, patriotism, and generosity help honor those who have served and sacrificed for our country. We are grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make today’s event a success. ”
Each week, the I.U.P.A. Briefing Room features a photo that exemplifies the valuable part of the community that our Law Enforcement Officers all across the U.S. are and their positive impact as well as their dedication, service, and sacrifice.
Submit your photos today to be considered for the photo of the week next week to alinaj@iupa.org.
