Staffing, retention, and recruitment difficulties are a recognized national problem for law enforcement agencies. We have heard reasons and solutions from activists, politicians, and chiefs. We want to know what the cops on the street think.

School safety has always been and is increasingly top of mind for all of us. We want to hear from officers who work at schools to learn what could be improved upon, what is working, and what sorts of resources they have and could use more of.

Your participation will assist us in evaluating these issues as well as making suggestions to address them. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts with us on these important topics by clicking on the links and taking the surveys.
