Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 in Texas hosted a luncheon for their retired LEOs, most of whom are retired I.U.P.A. Coalition of Police, #911 members. Over 100 retired members and their families attended and enjoyed some BBQ as well as the recognition and appreciation.
Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 posted on social media, “Last Friday, Constable Mark Herman and the Precinct 4 Reserve Division hosted their annual Retired Employee Luncheon to honor past employees. Over 100 retired Precinct 4 employees and their families gathered to share memories and fellowship while enjoying a fantastic barbecue meal.”
They continued, “It was good to see so many friends that were instrumental in building the Constable’s Office into the great organization that serves our citizens in Precinct 4.”
