Photos of the Week: Milwaukee Officers at COPS Kids Camp and Charity Ride

I.U.P.A. Local Milwaukee Police Association, #21 members recently took part in two COPS events in Wisconsin. MPA members participated in the COPS Kids Camp and led the Charity Ride for Law Enforcement that benefits COPS. Chaplain George Papachristou provided the invocation.

The MPA posted on social media about the Charity Ride for Law Enforcement, “It means everything to MPA members to see the community appreciation for what all members do, and we are grateful for the partners who make that happen. The House of Harley-Davidson, the dealership that services our motorcycle fleet, sponsored its annual “Charity Ride for Law Enforcement” this month. The event raises funds for the Wisconsin Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS). MPD Officers led the ride and Chaplain George Papachristou provided the invocation. Enjoy the gallery below to relive a day that helps those families who made the ultimate sacrifice for our city.”

The MPA posted on social media about the COPS Kids Camp, “The MPA Board was happy to volunteer for COPS Kids Camp yesterday. The kids loved the Law Enforcement display, the mounted patrol, tactical vehicles, the dogs, and even a Blackhawk helicopter.”

Each week, the I.U.P.A. Briefing Room features a photo that exemplifies the valuable part of the community that our Law Enforcement Officers all across the U.S. are and their positive impact as well as their dedication, service, and sacrifice.
