I.U.P.A. Local Tacoma Police Union, #6 Members participated in the Unleashed at Stadium Bowl, raising funds for Kindred Souls Foundation rescue animals. Per their website, Kindred Soul Foundation’s mission is, “Kindred Souls Foundation provides sanctuary to abandoned, abused, and neglected cats and dogs of all ages, a holistic approach to their care, and education on the rewards and responsibilities of animal companionship.”
Per their website, “Unleashed at Stadium Bowl is a challenge for all participants regardless of age, gender, build, etc.” They state, “We are a group of diverse individuals who are choosing to challenge ourselves to do our best in what feels like an impossible feat. We don’t quit on each other or ourselves. We finish. And when we cross the finish line and high-five each other we are the same in that moment.”
Tacoma Police Union, #6 posted the below photos on social media, “Our members were out representing our department and the SWAT team today at Unleashed at Stadium Bowl. These gentlemen ran every step of Stadium Bowl at Stadium High School wearing a forty-pound vest. We are privileged to represent some amazing people.”
