I.U.P.A. Local Shreveport Police Union, #275 Members participated in the Mudbug Madness Crawfish Contest!
Shreveport Police Department shared the below photos on social media, “Shreveport Police Chief and Officers Support Officer Terri Simmons at Mudbug Madness Crawfish Contest. Chief Wayne Smith, along with members of the Shreveport Police Department, proudly attended and cheered on Officers Terri Simmons as she competed in the crawfish eating contest at the annual Mudbug Madness festival today.”
The post continued, “Despite not taking home the top prize, Officer Simmons delivered an impressive performance, demonstrating determination and spirit in the highly competitive event. Her participation exemplifies the camaraderie and community involvement that the Shreveport Police Department values deeply. Chief Smith commented, ‘We are incredibly proud of Officer Simmons for her outstanding effort and enthusiasm. Events like these not only showcase the talents and dedication of our officers but also strengthen our bond with the community we serve.’”
