Lawton Police Officers Assn., I.U.P.A. Local #24 members led students on a tour of their station as part of the city’s Junior Leadership Day!

Lawton Police Department posted on social media, “Thank you for letting us host a tour of the station. This was a great group.”

Lawton, Oklahoma City Government posted, “The City of Lawton partnered with Junior Leadership Lawton Fort Sill to give students a behind-the-scenes tour of our city’s inner workings on #JuniorLeadershipDay! ”

Their post continued, “From visiting the Museum of the Great Plains, the Public Safety Center with Lawton Police & Lawton Fire, to Lawton Animal Welfare and the Patterson Center, these future leaders got an up-close look at what makes our city thrive! ”

Their post concluded, “Big thanks to everyone who made this unforgettable day possible, including Lawton Public Schools!”
