Sarasota County School Sergeant’s Association, I.U.P.A. Local #6047 Vice President Chip Keuntzel presented Sarasota County School Board Member Tom Edwards with a challenge coin to thank him for his support of officers.

Sarasota County School Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local #6046 and Sarasota County School Sergeant’s Association, I.U.P.A. Local #6047 hosted Sarasota County School Board Member Tom Edwards along with I.U.P.A. General Counsel Maria Kazouris at the I.U.P.A. Headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

As he presented the challenge coin, I.U.P.A. Local #6047 Vice President Chip Keuntzel shared his gratitude for School Board Member Tom Edwards’ long support of the Sarasota County Schools Police Department and its officers. Edwards has attended every single swearing in ceremony, save one, when through a clerical error, he was not informed of the event. Keuntzel stated that he personally appreciated his support of the officers and the safety and security of all in our schools.
