The I.U.P.A. has members all over the country who are being honored during Women’s History Month!
Coalition of Police, I.U.P.A. Local #911 members were honored by Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, “HAPPY WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH! To the women who paved the way, so we could proudly serve today… the women of Constable Mark Herman’s Office thank you!!”

Fort Myers Police Officers Association, I.U.P.A. Local #6065 members were recognized in a video that you can view here on the first day of Women’s History Month. A week later, they shared a photo of their first female Chief of Police, “#flashbackfriday to Fort Myers Police Departments First Female Chief. Chief Donna L. Hansen served as the first female Chief of Police. She coined the motto, ‘Unity, Pride and Commitment.’ She served from 1991-1995. #womenshistorymonth”

Salt Lake Valley Law Enforcement Assn., I.U.P.A. Local #77 members were featured in a post on the first day of the month, “Honoring Women in Law Enforcement for March’s Women’s History Month. This #WomensHistoryMonth, we proudly recognize incredible women of the Unified Police Department who serve with dedication, courage, and leadership every day. Their commitment to safety and community inspires us all! Join us in celebrating the trailblazers of the past, present, and future who make a difference in law enforcement.”

Prince William County Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local #5010 members and female officers were highlighted in department posts, “March is Women’s History Month: PWCPD recognizes the women of the past and present for your contributions and commitment to a safer Prince William County. You greatly enhance the lives of your colleagues and community. We are grateful for your service and thank your families at home for their support of your family at work. #ExtraordinaryWomen”


Milwaukee Police Association, I.U.P.A.
