Memphis Police Association, I.U.P.A. Local #318 Members participated in the 10th annual First Responders Day with Memphis citizens!

WREG reported on the event, “An appreciation day that was hosted by a local retirement community on Friday focused on showing gratitude to first responders for the work they do. There is a multitude of stories from those at Trezevant, a retirement community, when it comes to why they are so appreciative of the men and women who often come to their rescue.” You can read the full article here.

Memphis Police Department shared on social media about the event, “MPD was proud to join Trezevant Manor for the 10th Annual First Responder’s Day! Officers from across MPD, including Mounted Patrol, Motors, D.A.R.E., and G.R.E.A.T., took part in the Blessing of the Badges. Chief CJ Davis greeted residents and expressed appreciation for their continued support.”
