Coalition of Police, I.U.P.A. Local #911 Members participated in the Harris County Peace Officers’ Memorial Service Ceremony. Hundreds of fellow law enforcement officers and members of the community joined them to honor the memory of Harris County Deputies that have been killed in the line of duty.

Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 posted about the ceremony on social media, “On May 1, 2025, Constable Mark Herman’s Office attended the Harris County Peace Officers’ Memorial Service held at the Crime Stoppers building. Hundreds of law enforcement officers across the area along with friends, family and supporters gathered to honor all Harris County Deputies killed in the line of duty as they served and protected the citizens of Harris County.”

The department also posted the next day, “In solemn remembrance and with deep gratitude, we honor the heroes recognized at last night’s Harris County Peace Officers’ Memorial Service. Their courage, dedication, and ultimate sacrifice in service to our community will never be forgotten.”
