Port Saint Lucie Police Officers Association, I.U.P.A. Local #6015 Members participated in the National Police Bloodhound Association’s seminar and training to practice and perfect their tracking/trailing skills!

Port Saint Lucie Police Department shared about it on social media, “This week, PSLPD’s Bloodhound Teams traveled to St. Augustine and participated in the National Police Bloodhound Association’s Florida Seminar.”

The post continued, “This vital training gathered bloodhound teams from across the U.S. who collectively participated in extensive tracking/trailing problems. This weeklong training helps develop the skills necessary for these pups to save lives.”

The post concluded with, “Officer Cory Collier with Bloodhound K-9 Riley and Officer Robert Burdick with Bloodhound K-9 Hoot are now officially National Police Bloodhound Association CERTIFIED!!! ”
